Aadhya IT Services (“Aadhya”, “we”) operates https://aadhyaitservices.com. This policy covers data from website visitors and enquirers, and explains our role in data processed during client engagements.
1. Data we collect on this site
Enquiry data: name, work email, phone, company and the description you submit — used solely to respond and prepare your quote. Analytics: aggregate page-view data (pages, referrer, approximate location, device class). We run no advertising or retargeting trackers.
2. Client engagement data
When clients grant our teams access to their systems (helpdesks, CRMs, stores, ad accounts), the client remains the data controller; Aadhya acts as a processor under the service agreement. Access is least-privilege, office-only, NDA-bound, logged, and revoked at engagement end. We do not copy client-system data beyond working batches the engagement requires, and delete such batches on completion (certified in writing on request).
3. Use and sharing
Enquiry data is used to respond, quote and deliver — never sold, never added to marketing lists. Service providers (hosting, email) process it under contract. Disclosure happens only where law requires.
4. Retention
Enquiries: 24 months from last contact. Contract and billing records: as tax law requires (typically 8 years in India). Engagement working data: the engagement plus its dispute window only.
5. Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, per the DPDP Act 2023 (India), GDPR/UK GDPR (EEA/UK) and applicable US state laws. Write to [email protected]; we respond within 30 days. For data we process on a client’s behalf, we will route you to the controller and assist their response.
6. Transfers and security
Delivery occurs from India; transfers from the EEA/UK rely on standard contractual clauses in our service agreements. TLS in transit, role-limited access, managed office workstations, and staff NDAs throughout.
