Work we decline
Grey-hat outreach (bulk unsolicited WhatsApp/SMS blasts), link schemes, accent-critical US consumer telesales we cannot staff honestly, and regulated work without your compliance layer.
About us
Aadhya started in 2010 as a data-operations shop in Indore. The desks multiplied — support, calling, content, ads — but the culture stayed the same: written SOPs, measured accuracy, and managers who answer.
Overview
Aadhya IT Services is a founder-led outsourcing company operating a managed delivery centre in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Since 2010 we have run data operations, customer support desks, outbound calling floors and white-label delivery for companies in the US, UK, Australia and worldwide.
The operating beliefs are unfashionable and effective: publish the price, pilot before contracting, measure everything, and keep the founder close to escalations. Growth has come from referrals and renewals — the two metrics that cannot be bought. The 2026 repositioning simply says out loud what the operation already was: an international delivery company that happens to have kept its Indore cost structure and its founder’s phone number.

What we say no to
A vendor’s no-list tells you more than its brochure.
Grey-hat outreach (bulk unsolicited WhatsApp/SMS blasts), link schemes, accent-critical US consumer telesales we cannot staff honestly, and regulated work without your compliance layer.
Ranking guarantees, "unlimited" anything, deflection fantasies, and pilot discounts that hide the real unit economics you would scale into.
Enterprise procurement processes needing six-month security theatre, and engagements whose success depends on us pretending to be onshore.
A founder-led team operating from Indore, Madhya Pradesh since 2010 — fifteen years across data operations, support desks, calling floors and agency delivery. The founder still reviews escalations personally; at our size, that is a feature — escalations reach someone with the authority to fix things the same day they are raised.
A managed office in Indore: fixed workstations, supervised shifts, office-only data policies. Freelancer networks have their place; handling your customer data and brand voice is not it.
Indore is India’s quiet BPO advantage: major-city talent (IIT/IIM city) at second-city costs and attrition. Lower churn than metro India is why our agents still know your product in month nine.
US (all zones), UK/EU, Australia and India — from one Indore roster running early, day and night shifts. The overlap math is on the home page; it is the structural reason 24/7 desks price sanely here.
A compact, cross-trained delivery team — deliberately sized so every desk has redundancy and the founder still knows every client by name. We introduce the exact people who will work your account during the pilot; you are staffing with named individuals, not buying a logo.
E-commerce/D2C, SaaS, agencies, professional services and real-estate-adjacent B2B. Regulated verticals (finance, health) are taken selectively, with your compliance layer in the loop from day one.
Yes — video office tours on request during evaluation, and clients visiting India get chai and a desk. Transparency is cheaper than trust-building theatre.
Month-to-month after the pilot, 30-day notice, your playbooks and data handed over cleanly on exit. Retention through switching-cost hostage-taking is a business model; it is not ours.
Graduate intake with written-English testing, two-week bootcamp on tools and QA discipline, then desk-specific training on your account with shadow periods before anything live. Every agent carries a scorecard from week one.
No — cash for work, cleanly. Performance components exist where the desk can control the outcome (per-meeting pricing is exactly that); equity and revenue-share arrangements misalign a service company’s incentives and we decline them politely.
Graduate hiring partnerships with local colleges, written-English training that outlives employment with us, and the occasional unpaid rescue of a local nonprofit’s data mess. Indore has been good to this company; the ledger should balance. If you are a client visiting the city, the tour includes the training floor where that investment happens.
Because the old one under-sold the operation: a 2010-founded delivery company was presenting like a freelancer page. The rebuild says plainly what we do — support, sales, data and agency delivery — with indicative pricing and the process in the open.
